Alchemist Nation is an education and portfolio tracking tool for real estate operators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this plain and readable.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider.
• Property and deal numbers. We store the figures you enter, such as purchase price, rent, expenses, and the values our calculators compute from them.
• Usage data. We collect basic activity data, such as which tools you use and which features you interact with, so we can improve the product.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, save your portfolio, compute the metrics you request, and improve the tools over time. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sign in and authentication

We support signing in by email magic link and by Google account through OAuth. When you use Google sign in, we receive your name and email from Google to create and identify your account. We do not receive your Google password.

Where your data is stored

Your account and portfolio data are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on infrastructure located in the United States. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third party ad tracking on the platform.

Your rights and choices

You may request that we delete your account and the data associated with it, and you may request a copy of the property data you have entered. Some of these features are still being built. Until they are available in the product directly, you can make a request using the contact information below and we will assist you.

Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
