Pipeline
One read, on your own lead book: sort every lead into the stage it reached, and see how many advanced at each step, what your open pipeline is worth, and what each closed deal cost you to acquire against your marketing spend. Educational only.
Add a row for each lead and set the furthest stage it reached. Enter the deal value if you have one — your offer or the ask — and mark a lead dead if it fell through. Every cell is yours; nothing is prefilled.
Enter what you spend on each channel in a month. The total, divided by the deals you closed, is your cost to acquire one closed deal. Rename, add, or remove channels to match your own. Nothing is prefilled.
0 of your 3 leads closed.
| Stage | Reached | From prior | Of all leads | Open value |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| New Lead | 3 | — | 100.0% | — |
| Qualified | 1 | 33.3% | 33.3% | — |
| Offer Made | 0 | 0.0% | 0.0% | — |
| Closed | 0 | — | 0.0% | — |
Each stage counts the leads that reached it or moved past it. The conversion from prior is that count divided by the prior stage’s count; of all leads is that count divided by every lead. Cost per closed deal is your monthly marketing spend divided by the deals you closed.
This is your own lead book, on the numbers you enter — your leads, their stages, their deal values, your marketing spend. It is a funnel read, educational only, and Alchemist Nation represents no outcome here.
